At CTET2025.com, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This page outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement and how to submit a proper DMCA takedown notice.
Our Commitment to Copyright
We strive to ensure that all content published on CTET2025.com is original, properly attributed, or used with express permission. We do not knowingly host or link to copyrighted material without authorization. If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below to notify us.
What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a framework for copyright holders to request that online service providers remove material that infringes their copyrights. It also offers protection to service providers who promptly remove such material upon receiving a valid notification.
How to Submit a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via CTET2025.com, you must submit a written notification that includes substantially the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit CTET2025.com to locate the material (e.g., specific URL(s) of the infringing content).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit CTET2025.com to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which CTET2025.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
Counter-notifications should also be submitted via our Contact Us page.
